It all starts tomorrow
The winter prep sports season gets off to a flying start tomorrow. The McDonald’s Classic basketball tournament will see varsity teams squaring off at Cheyenne Central’s Fieldhouse, Cheyenne East’s Main Gym and Storey Gym.
If that wasn’t enough, East decided to fill an open dual slot with one against Green River. East had one available slot in its schedule and stopping in Green River on its way to the Evanston Invitational was the perfect opportunity.
The rest of the area’s prep teams start their seasons Friday.
