Business sponsors sought for mini-golf tourney
What: Community businesses are being sought as “hole sponsors” for the STRIDE Family Putt-A-Round Golf Tournament
When: Thursday, July 9, 4-6 p.m.
Where: Putt Hutt in Lions Park, Cheyenne
Cost: “Hole in One” sponsor dona-tion is $200; “Birdie” sponsor donation is $100; “Par” sponsor donation is $50.

Who benefits: The event is a fundraiser for the STRIDE Ad-vancement Scholarship. All par-ticipants are members of the STRIDE “family” who have gath-ered sponsors to support them as individual golfers as they complete the Putt Hutt course.
The scholarship creates opportuni-ties for those with disabilities who have completed high school and would like to participate in further education, either in an academic or a vocational setting.
