The Wyoming Children’s Society celebrates 98 years in existence.

More info: This event celebrates adoption and raises funds to support adoption programs through Wyoming Children’s Society.  It is the society’s goal that every child grows up in a safe and loving home.

  • Robert Francis

Musician, Robert Francis, will perform in Denver at the Walnut Room, on Thursday. In an interview he talks about his new album, “Before Nightfall,” that will be released on Atlantic Records this fall.

His official Web site states that his van broke down and his show in Murray,  Utah was cancelled on Aug. 11. “The van broke down in Eastern Washington and will hopefully be fixed by tomorrow morning. Priscilla Ahn will still be performing tonight in Salt Lake City. The tour will resume at The Walnut Room in Denver, CO on Aug. 13th.”
