Eckhardt says, ’”Below Zero’ is as addictive as a bag of potato chips.”

Canadian artist, Jean Pederson has been teaching artists watercolor techniques this week at the Esther and John Clay Watercolor Workshop. You can see her students’ work, as well as her own art, on display at the Laramie County Community College on Thursday.
